Cancelling your Appointment
Please telephone the reception if you have to cancel your appointment.
Appointments are often in short supply so please ring and let us know in good time if you cannot attend. It means that the appointment can be given to somebody else.

Please let the receptionist know, in good time, if you find that you cannot keep an appointment. Please don’t forget to cancel it. You can cancel by ringing us on 0121 250 6105.
The nurses/ health care assistant are available by appointment only. Please contact the reception on 0121 250 6105 in case you need to make an appointment.
Surgeries are by appointment, which can be made by telephone on the day, by ringing 0121 250 6105 between 8:30 and 9:00 am. Appointments are 10 minutes long, so if you have more than one problem, or feel you need extra time, please ask for a double appointment.
Our Doctors and Nurses give telephone advice also. The best time to ring for advice is between 8:30am and 10:00am, and the receptionist will take a contact number and arrange for the doctor or nurse to call you back.
Diagnosing medical problems is best done in our fully equipped surgery. The majority of medical conditions allow you to come to the surgery even in an emergency.
However, if you are ill and unable to come and require a home visit, please try to make the request before 10.00am, when lunchtime visits are planned.
You may recieve a phone call from the doctor or nurse as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or even arrange a hospital attendance
